When I was playing Halo 3 with my good friend xMD freebirdx, I realized Bungie messed up big time with some big factors. Here are a few I could think of off the top of my head.

Spawn Points:

Pros------------------------------------------Cons
You don't spawn in enemy fire.---------------Spawn Far away from teamate when they're in need.
Harder to be spawn killed. -------------------Enemies end up behind you.
--------------------------------------- Guardian: When at the Sniper Spawn, enemies will spawn at the elbow.

Stickies:


Pros ----------------------------------------- Cons
Easier to stick. ------------------------------Easier to be stuck
More Stickies. ----------------------------- Grenades usually don't stick to limbs.
------------------------------------------On most maps, there aren't Spike grenades AND Plasma grenades

Forging with Containers:


Pros-------------------------------------- Cons
Fun to use in Infection Games -------------Randomly do a "Twitching" Motion in the middle of games
Can make secret passages ----------------Big and bulky
----------------------------------------- Easy to knock over with other containers
-----------------------------------------Only on Last Resort map

dont know why but i also think making killing bariers around each map sucks and is good because at least you know no one will kill you wen hes outside. but its anoying only being able to go outside in such a limited place outside of each barier. odd thing though is that they made an easter egg on sandtrap but its outside the killing barier so there is maybe a way to go on the other side of the barier that bungie knows but no one found

This was not really a mistake.....
Bungie intentionally did this because most machinima is made through system link, not online.
So stop complaining....having your gun up isn't all that bad....it makes it look better.
Also, if you really need the gun down that bad, they could fix it in a patch.
Remember....if you complain loud enough, people have to listen.

did i say mistake, i meant something i dont like. i know you cant forget something like that. and having your gun up is actualy not that bad now that youtube have some videos up. i dont know if its juste the magnum or if i know you cant lower your weapon so i forgave it but it still looked cool when two people with magnum talk to each other

Well you forgot the horrible freaking beat down system.Like now when you beat down people first they get the kill still and dont get started on the rockets....In halo 2 and 1 you shoot a rocket like that in someone's face your doing too.Not only them but you are too....Stupid bungie with stupid mistakes.

I kinda Like the Beat Down System, because it's more efficient. If you deal more dmage before the hit, you will win the battle. The only thing that pisses me off is the stupid Mauler Combo

Shoot+Melee= Enemy Dead

I belive Bungie should lower the Damage of the Mauler so it takes out only 3/4 of your shields. That way, if you shoot a guy for a while with your Assault Rifle, then he tries the Damned Combo, you still end up victorious.

In Machinima Business, the Gun Lowering wasn't put in Halo 3 Because then people could find glitches such as BXR and BXB

Another mistake is putting the ability to fly into space in the beta and not the real game.

oh ya they need to have a big ass land battle map like 6xs bigger than Sandtrap. With Pelicans and a lot of other fun scenery from the campaign. BUT they might rework District from Halo 2 Vista to Halo 3. The biggest city map ever... ever...

i just watch a Veitnam movie and they need to work in a huge jungle map with lots of hornets as 'Helicopters' and hiding in the shrubs would be a defence against them.

One huge problem i have noticed is the stupid sniping system. It seems they rushed through the player outlines, and you can shoot right on the head and not get a kill, but if u snipe like half a foot away from it, you might get it, which obviously is stupid. There is a lag no matter how many people you have in the room, and until you master it, it will annoy the hell out of you.

yeah i noticed that too and i hate it, but its not allways that way when i play with inbound and hooded i always need to shoot them in the head for the kill

Another thing i have noticed is the gravity hammers. There is an obvious lag, and it sucks really bad. It seems to have a random damage system and you could do something to someone with it, and totally anihilate them, then you could do the same thing again and barely nip their sheild....I hate them....

They could add every old map and cut off some versions of the campaign and make it into a map (like in the one after crows nest that big pond with the small damn) that would make a good 1 way battle.

Somthing I noticed today in objective; enemy mongooses (mongeese?) somtimes appear as allies on your radar. Horrible screw up, glitchy radar, or does the other team just have ninja skills?
